Classic Carbon

Prepreg 3K Twill — Competition Grade

Classic Carbon

Made from 3K twill prepreg carbon fiber — the same grade used in Formula 1 and aerospace. The epoxy resin is pre-impregnated into the fibers before vacuum curing at 130°C, eliminating any air bubbles. Each insert receives a bi-component anti-UV varnish to protect the weave from yellowing over the long term.

      SGS Certified

Our steering wheels are subjected to tests by SGS, the world's #1 industrial certification body present in 140 countries. Independent structural and conformity tests on each model.

      Prepreg 3K — 130°C Curing

The epoxy resin is pre-impregnated into the fibers before vacuum bagging and curing at 130°C. The result: zero air bubbles, maximum cohesion between layers, and superior rigidity compared to low-end wet carbon.

      Bi-component Anti-UV Varnish

Without UV protection, carbon yellows within 1 to 2 years under cabin heat. Each insert receives several layers of bi-component varnish resistant to UV, scratches, and cleaning products.
