2. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of custom automotive steering wheels and accessories offered by Atelier OEM+ (the “Seller”) to any natural or legal person (the “Customer”).
3. Products
Atelier OEM+ offers custom steering wheels (carbon, Alcantara, stitching, markers, OEM+ inserts) and some standard models.
Product photographs and descriptions are as faithful as possible, but minor variations may exist depending on materials and screens.
Custom products are made to the Customer’s specifications and cannot be canceled or returned (see art. L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
4. Orders
Validating the order constitutes acceptance of these T&Cs.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a dispute with the Customer or suspected fraud.
The information provided by the Customer (delivery address, vehicle compatibility, etc.) is binding on the Customer. The Seller cannot be held liable for errors resulting from inaccurate information.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros including VAT, excluding delivery costs.
Accepted payment methods: Shopify Payments, PayPal, Alma (installment payments).
The order is only validated after payment has actually been collected.
If the bank refuses the payment, the order is automatically canceled.
6. Delivery
Delivery to mainland France, the European Union and, on request, internationally.
Main carriers: Colissimo (La Poste) and equivalents.
Lead times:
Standard products: shipping within 2 to 4 business days.
Custom products: manufacturing 3 to 6 weeks + carrier time.
Delivery costs: free from €100 of purchases in mainland France.
The transfer of risk takes place upon actual delivery to the Customer.

7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the French Consumer Code:
Standard products: the Customer has a statutory period of 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal, without justification.
Custom/made-to-measure products: no right of withdrawal (art. L221-28).
8. Returns and refunds
The full conditions are set out in our Return and Refund Policy.
Standard products: refund within 14 days after a compliant return.
Custom products: return only in the event of a manufacturing defect.
Return costs are borne by the Customer, except for manufacturing defects (covered by Atelier OEM+).
9. Warranty
All Atelier OEM+ steering wheels benefit from a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects (carbon cracking, abnormal peeling, structural defect).
The warranty does not cover normal wear, damage related to improper installation or unsuitable use.
10. Liability
Atelier OEM+ cannot be held liable for:
delays attributable to carriers or customs,
errors due to information provided by the Customer,
installation not in accordance with recommendations,
misuse of the products.
11. Personal data
The data collected is necessary for order processing and is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law and disputes
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the Customer is invited to seek an amicable solution by contacting Atelier OEM+.
In accordance with art. L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge. Failing that, jurisdiction is attributed to the competent French courts.
